What geographical areas do you cover?
Our studio is based in Castellón de la Plana and we work mainly in Castellón, Valencia and the surrounding areas. For projects further afield we also offer online design and consultancy.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope of the project. A conceptual proposal (Warm Beige) is resolved quickly; a complete interior design project with plans and visualisations (Forest Green or Cinnamon Brown) takes longer to develop; and selecting the professionals for a renovation (Petrol Blue) depends on each trade’s response times. We give you a concrete estimate once your project is defined.
Do you manage full renovations (construction work)?
We don’t carry out or manage the building work itself; the technical execution is handled by the trades and the construction company. What we do is prepare the renovation project and documentation (Cinnamon Brown) and, with the Petrol Blue pack, select and coordinate the professionals and request and compare their quotes, so you can hire the right team with confidence.
Can I see how it will look before construction starts?
Yes. With the Forest Green and Cinnamon Brown packs we develop the project with plans and visualisations of the space, so you can see the layout, finishes and furnishings before making decisions or investing in materials.
What if I don't like the first design proposal?
What is the main difference between the packages?
Each pack covers a different phase of the project:
- Warm Beige: conceptual design to reorganise and refresh a space without building work.
- Forest Green: a complete interior design project, with plans and visualisations, when the change goes beyond decoration.
- Cinnamon Brown: interior design project and renovation preparation, with the documentation ready to request and compare quotes.
- Petrol Blue: selection and coordination of the professionals for a renovation you have already decided on, comparing quotes so you can choose with confidence.
Can I customise or combine packages?
Absolutely. We understand that every project is unique. If none of our standard packages are quite right for you, we can create a bespoke proposal tailored to your specific needs.
How does the payment process work?
We usually request a 50% deposit at the start to secure dates and begin the work, with the remaining 50% on delivery of the project. For renovations, the construction payments are agreed as progress certifications directly with the construction company.
Do you offer services for commercial spaces or offices?
Yes, we have experience in retail and corporate office design, with a focus on brand identity and workflow functionality.
Can I hire only the design and handle the construction myself?
Of course. With the Forest Green and Cinnamon Brown packs we provide the complete project —plans, visualisations and specifications for finishes, textiles and furniture— so that your own trusted team can carry out the work.
