Undertaking a renovation involves many decisions and can create uncertainty. That’s why the Renovation Management and Coordination service is designed to bring order, clarity and support throughout the entire process.
It begins with an analysis of the project’s scope, its constraints and how well it fits the planned budget. Working from the design project, I prepare the measurements needed to request quotes, anticipate costs and make decisions based on clear, realistic information.
I take care of selecting, comparing and coordinating the different trades and suppliers — weighing quality, timescales and costs — and organising the project phases so that the work progresses in an orderly, coherent way.
While the work is underway, I follow up on the creative project, making sure that what’s built stays true to the design, both functionally and aesthetically.
This service does not replace the technical site management, the architect or the building contractor; rather, it complements them, acting as the link between the design and its correct execution, smoothing communication between all parties and always safeguarding the client’s interests and expectations.
